Travel will be significant, with up to 75% if based outside Plymouth, MN. The leader will drive the data center solutions roadmap, build teams, partner with finance, and ensure delivery of annual operating plans while expanding the business through internal and external growth

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Know and anticipate the customer with market insights and competitive context.
• Create and drive the Global Data Center Solutions strategy and value proposition.
• Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and competitive insights.
• Define portfolio with roadmap and capabilities for NPI and business model innovation.
• Lead commercialization strategies and key programs for Data Center products and solutions.
• Oversee organic and inorganic growth opportunities including acquisitions/partnerships.
