Qualifications

• 6–9+ years of experience across private equity, infrastructure investing or investment banking.
• Strong M&A background with significant transaction execution experience.
• Direct experience across data centers and/or digital infrastructure.
• Strong financial modeling, underwriting and investment judgment.
• Ability to independently lead deal processes and key workstreams.
• Strong understanding of the data center ecosystem and key commercial drivers.
