• Experience in financial analytics and interpreting financial statements.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools (e.g., generative AI).

Responsibilities

• Screen opportunities and prepare materials for the Investment Committee.
• Assist in negotiating debt terms with borrowers, advisers, underwriters, and placement agents.
• Undertake detailed transaction due diligence and review financial, legal, and technical reports.
• Prepare investment proposals and presentations to the Investment Committee.
• Maintain deal pipeline and respond to investor queries and operations interfacing.
