Qualifications

• Ability to independently lead deal processes and key workstreams.
• Strong understanding of the data center ecosystem and key commercial drivers.

A global megafund that recently launched a dedicated AI and digital infrastructure investment strategy is looking to add a Vice President to its New York team.

The strategy is focused on investments across data centers, digital infrastructure and real estate supporting digital infrastructure platforms. The team has already been active across several notable hyperscale transactions and has significant capital to deploy.

The Vice President will play a key role in evaluating new opportunities, leading transaction execution and working across existing investments. As the strategy continues to grow, the VP will also take on responsibility for managing and developing junior members of the investment team.

The Candidate

• 6–9+ years of relevant experience across private equity, infrastructure investing or investment banking


• Strong M&A background with significant transaction execution experience


• Direct experience across data centers and/or digital infrastructure


• Strong financial modeling, underwriting and investment judgment


• Ability to independently lead deal processes and key workstreams


• Strong understanding of the data center ecosystem and key commercial drivers
