- 7+ years of experience in project finance
- Direct exposure to Digital Infrastructure (data centers, towers, or fiber) preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to interface with clients and senior bankers
Responsibilities
- Support structuring, origination, and execution of project finance transactions across the Digital Infrastructure sector
- Support new business origination and marketing efforts
- Conduct research and financial analysis, including cash flow modeling and risk assessment on existing and prospective transactions
- Mentor and manage the work of Analysts and Associates, providing guidance and feedback across live deals
