Job summary

Guggenheim Securities is seeking an exceptional Vice President to join its Digital Infrastructure Investment Banking team in New York. The role involves leading project management, developing financial analyses, and expanding client relationships across M&A and capital markets advisory.

The candidate will work with senior leadership to build client solutions, evaluate market trends, and develop complex financial models, while contributing to deal pitches and structuring transactions.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree.
• 7 years of experience in IB or MBA with 4+ years of IB experience.
• Strong modeling and valuation experience in a professional setting.
• SIE Exam, Series 79 and Series 63 must be acquired within 150 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management and oversee execution on advisory and financing transactions.
• Develop and oversee financial and accounting analyses and identify opportunities.
• Build client relationships and expand sector coverage with senior team.
• Analyze market trends and financials to identify client solutions and opportunities.
• Develop advanced financial models for corporate finance alternatives.
• Perform valuation and financial analyses using standard and proprietary models.
• Prepare marketing materials and support deal pitches.
