I am partnering with an established data center and AI infrastructure platform to appoint an SVP Finance to partner with the executive team as the head of finance with a clear path to CFO.

The business is backed by a highly successful investment platform with a proven track record across technology, infrastructure and power. Its leadership team brings deep experience building and scaling complex, capital-intensive businesses.

Importantly, this is not a concept-stage opportunity. The platform has secured development opportunities, established its initial pipeline, and already has offtake agreements in place.

They are looking to appoint a senior finance executive who can turn that foundation into a fully funded, institutional-scale business.

The SVP of Finance will:

• Lead relationships with infrastructure investors, lenders and strategic capital partners
• Own the capital strategy across project debt, construction financing and equity
• Structure complex asset-level and platform-level transactions
• Translate offtake agreements and development plans into bankable project economics
• Build the finance function and serve as a commercial partner to the leadership team

We are looking for someone with substantial principal-side infrastructure transaction experience gained within a developer, owner, operator or investment platform.

The strongest candidates will understand how to structure, finance and execute complex digital infrastructure projects - not simply advise on them. Experience across data centers, digital infrastructure, power and adjacent real assets would be particularly relevant.
