Job summary

You will partner with design, construction, and procurement teams to maintain uptime, resilience, and financial performance on multiyear programs across the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in cost management/estimating with data center focus.
• Expert knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers.
• Experience managing $100M+ capital projects with complex MEP.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic cost planning and estimating across data center programs.
• Perform value engineering while meeting uptime and resilience standards.
• Monitor budgets, review change orders, and report variances to leadership.
• Provide market intelligence on equipment pricing and procurement strategies.
• Mentor cost management team and align with PMO objectives.
