Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive CRM/MarTech and enterprise data strategy in a dynamic, global team. You will define standards, build scalable data platforms, and empower cross-channel customer experiences across marketing, e-commerce, stores, and client services.

You will lead managers and hybrid teams, ensure data governance and privacy, and partner with executives to translate business goals into technical outcomes.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in software/data engineering
• 10+ years in leadership roles
• 5+ years managing managers or multi-layer teams
• Proficiency in Python or Java
• Experience with distributed data platforms and enterprise data governance

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM/MarTech and data platform strategy across multiple channels.
• Define architecture standards, data models, and API governance.
• Build and scale engineering teams and vendor collaborations.
• Oversee Customer 360, segmentation, and marketing platforms for cross-channel engagement.
• Advance data pipelines, data quality, lineage, and BI capabilities.
• Own enterprise integration backbone with ESB and event-driven approaches.
• Drive data governance, privacy, and compliant platform operations.
• Establish incident management and reliable support models.
