Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President to join the CDAO Strategy team, elevating the firm’s data and AI strategy globally. The role focuses on driving strategic initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders across functions, and delivering value through AI-enabled data solutions.

You will manage high-priority projects, craft executive-grade analyses, and monitor industry trends to ensure alignment with firm-wide goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategy experience from a premier management consulting firms and/or internal strategy group.
• Outstanding ability to analyze problems using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Excellent oral and written communication to craft high-quality strategy products.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills across functions.
• Experience in leading strategy engagements and coaching team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-priority strategy projects addressing complex data and AI in financial services.
• Develop and deliver executive-level strategy documents and analyses.
• Monitor industry trends and apply best practices to refine data and AI strategy.
• Lead strategy project teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide coaching to strategy team members and foster a culture of excellence.
