Reltio, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead a global team delivering measurable business outcomes from our Context Intelligence platform.

This role focuses on value realization, customer adoption, and revenue growth across enterprise accounts including Life Sciences, Financial Services, and technology sectors. You will own GRR, adoption, expansion, and advocacy, build scalable processes, and partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; preference for CS or related fields.
• 15+ years of experience in highly regulated industries (Life Sciences, Healthcare, Financial Services).
• Proven SaaS/PaaS/IaaS experience and ability to influence across functions.
• Strong empathy for customers and growth focus.
• Excellent communication and leadership in complex organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead a world-class Customer Success org to support growth, renewals, and churn reduction.
• Drive expansion through cross-sell and upsell within accounts.
• Improve lifetime value via adoption, satisfaction and health metrics.
• Define a value realization framework tied to measurable outcomes.
• Scale a global team and onboard new members effectively.
• Collaborate with Product and GTM to guide improvements based on customer feedback.
• Align customer journey from pre-sales to go-live and value realization.
