Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior product leader to own the vision and strategy for all CTV initiatives across buy-side and sell-side efforts. You will lead a team of 6–7 product managers, guiding an ambitious roadmap focused on content transparency, pre-bid controls, and media quality metrics.

You will partner with GTM and Product Marketing to drive market adoption and revenue growth, while evangelizing CTV products internally and to clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Product Management, with focus on programmatic, video, and/or CTV advertising products.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex products from strategy through launch, including learning from failures.
• Proven track record coaching and developing high-performing product teams with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate the vision and strategic roadmap for all CTV across buy-side and sell-side initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and elevate a team of 6–7 product managers.
• Guide delivery of an ambitious roadmap and milestones across content-transparency measurement, pre-bid controls, and measurable media-quality business performance.
