Responsibilities

• Lead business development and portfolio growth for cross-border banking clients with a primary focus on Greater China markets and US-China corridor opportunities including nearshoring.
• Build, manage, and deepen relationships across a large, diverse, and complex portfolio of cross-border clients operating between the US and Greater China.
• Act as a strategic consultant to clients, identifying financial needs and delivering tailored banking solutions across lending, treasury, and other product lines.
• Perform and oversee underwriting and forecasting for all loan transactions; maintain a high standard of work product quality and consistency.
• Demonstrate deep product and operational knowledge across corporate finance, C&I lending, and cross-border banking products.
• Attain established individual, departmental, and institutional financial production goals.
• Leverage an existing network and high degree of independence to originate new relationships and expand wallet share within the target market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to structure and execute complex transactions.
• May perform other duties and projects as assigned by senior management.
