Bank of China USA is seeking a business development professional to assist the Vice President in executing a new business development strategy. You will lead market research in English and Mandarin to develop cross-border banking products for U.S.–China needs and support the execution of strategic marketing plans.

The role requires Mandarin fluency and solid knowledge of banking products and operations, with at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related field; master’s degree in business major with data statistical analysis skill is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the offered job or related occupation
• Demonstrate adequate knowledge of banking products and services, and banking operational procedures
• Fluency in Mandarin is required

Responsabilités

• Lead quantitative and qualitative market research to develop cross-border banking products between the U.S. and China
• Prepare and execute strategic marketing plans in English and Mandarin for target customers
• Identify new areas in product design, pricing, testing and monitoring to manage risk and profitability
• Prepare and present analytical findings and proposals to stakeholders for decision-making
• Monitor and evaluate product performance using KPI, costs and profits to control financial risk
• Use quantitative models to conduct statistical analysis and generate data visuals
• Coordinate with BOC branches in the U.S. and China on campaigns and draft English/Chinese reports
