Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Vice President, Integrated Strategy to architect creator strategy across fourteen luxe brands. You will lead a team of strategists, align brand, creator, and data workstreams, and guide programs that balance audience insight with business impact and cultural resonance.

You’ll partner with leadership to evolve brand-level influencer strategies, while driving efficiency and value from the Paid Creator & Advocacy & Influence ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years in influencer/creator and social media marketing.
• 5–7+ years directly managing and developing a team.
• Demonstrated history of building and sustaining client relationships.
• Deep fluency in creator ecosystems and platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube).
• Track record translating brand objectives into high-performing programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integrated creator strategy across brand pods.
• Define creator mix, platform strategy, and content direction grounded in insights.
• Lead and mentor a team of strategists, elevating output.
• Serve as primary point of contact for multiple brands/clients.
• Translate reporting into actionable insights tied to KPIs.
