Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent orgs.
• Proven experience building and scaling high-performing influencer marketing teams.
• Experience managing large creator ecosystems and long-term creator relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead one of the strongest creator organizations in the industry.
• Develop systems that scale creator whitelisting and partnerships.
• Partner with Growth, Creative, Client Services, and Operations to improve performance.
• Establish KPIs, rhythms, and ownership across the organization.
• Lead globally distributed teams with a focus on long-term creator success.
