SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Asset Management professional to lead portfolio management and servicing oversight for a major client in the United States. The role involves coordinating servicers, transfers, data reconciliation, and asset-level strategies to optimize performance across asset classes.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of industry experience, strong Excel and communication skills, and a background in commercial real estate asset management.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8+ years of industry experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent.
• Mortgage/secondary market experience or equivalent preferred.
• Commercial real estate asset management experience is required.
• Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple servicers, trusts, and strategic portfolio initiatives across all asset classes.
• Coordinate servicing transfer, operational review, remittance reconciliation, data reconciliation, and workout decisions.
• Drive enhanced performance by the client’s servicer.
• Coordinate with diligence and collateral services teams to define asset level strategies after settlement.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, review loan documentation and reporting, and assess compliance with guidelines.
• Develop portfolio campaign strategies, customized reporting, and project management.
• Ensure overall quality and performance of the Asset Management Team.
• Maintain visibility into the status of every deal and ensure system reviews are performed.
