Revere Capital, a private credit investment firm focused on Specialty Finance and bridge lending to CRE owners across the US, seeks a Vice President, Asset Management in Dallas, TX. You will own the risk view across IB and OB portfolios and manage borrower relationships throughout loan life.

You will lead loan management, portfolio surveillance, and borrower engagement, ensuring timely reporting and credit decisions that protect investor interests and company capital.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial real estate credit, asset management, special servicing, or debt investing experience.
• Advanced Excel modeling and Excel skills, including property-level cash flows, loan-level underwriting, and scenario analysis using source documentation.
• Direct borrower-facing experience, including negotiation of loan modifications, extensions, restructurings, and other complex credit matters.
• Ability to travel for property inspections, as required.

Responsabilités

• Own an assigned portfolio of IB and OB loans from funding through exit; monitor performance against the approved business plan.
• Oversee construction, capital expenditures, TI/LC, and interest reserves, including evaluation of remaining project costs and oversight of third‑party inspectors.
• Evaluate and approve borrower requests: leases, SNDAs, estoppels, management changes, partial releases, assumptions, and transfers of interest.
• Lead the structuring and execution of loan modifications, extensions, and other workout‑related transactions.
• Provide oversight of servicing activity to ensure payments, reserves, insurance, tax escrows, and other loan‑level requirements remain current.
• Re‑underwrite each asset on a recurring basis; maintain covenant compliance and support Investment Committee decisions.
• Serve as Revere’s primary borrower contact; establish reporting expectations and maintain borrower communication.
• Lead default, forbearance, restructuring, foreclosure, receivership, and REO strategies.
• Produce timely loan‑level and portfolio‑level reporting for investors and credit facility counterparties.
• Mentor analysts and associates; explore faster surveillance through better data, tools, and AI.
