You will mentor junior staff, synthesize market data into investment narratives, and communicate with senior leadership and investment committees. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, strong relationships, and ownership of deal flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in banks, private equity, investment managers, or real estate credit.
• Deep understanding of real estate capital markets and underwriting.
• Strong modeling and cash-flow analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead client coverage and develop relationships with borrowers and brokers.
• Oversee underwriting, due diligence, and closing of CRE debt investments.
• Synthesize market data into investment narratives for committees.
• Model financing opportunities and assess credit risk across capital structures.
• Present investment opportunities to BREDS and Brio leadership for approval.
• Mentor junior team members and manage multiple transactions.
