Job summary

The Vice President of Corporate Risk at Hauser leads strategic risk management for a portfolio of clients, driving insurance programs and value-based services. You will mentor teams, broker with carriers, and oversee onboarding of new opportunities in collaboration with the private equity M&A services group.

As the main client contact, you translate business strategy into risk solutions, expand relationships, and ensure profitability while guiding initiatives across leadership and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a key account broker in P&C insurance.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and communicate strategic service and renewal plans for each client, optimizing revenue.
• Serve as a consultative liaison between clients and insurance companies, aligning objectives.
• Facilitate market submissions for renewals with exposures and loss data.
• Design solutions and negotiate with carriers for risk financing terms.
• Lead development of service team colleagues and mentor staff.
• Contribute to new sales efforts with PE partners and onboarding of new business.
