Job summary

Futura Title & Escrow is seeking a Corporate Escrow Services Manager, VP to lead our compliance framework and training program for escrow services. In this senior leadership role, you will set escrow policy and procedure, lead enterprise-wide escrow training, and direct the audit and risk work that keeps our escrow practice compliant and ahead of regulatory change.

You’ll partner with division leadership, Legal, and Risk Management, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in the title and escrow industry
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards governing escrow services
• Experience using technology to meet operational, compliance, and training goals
• Strong project management, process development, and strategic decision-making skills
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams with clear communication and influence at all levels
• Proficiency with compliance management tools and Microsoft Office
• Valid state driver's license and proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Build and own the compliance framework for escrow services
• Lead the design and delivery of training for escrow professionals
• Stay current on laws affecting escrow and translate them into operational requirements
• Direct policies and procedures for regulatory compliance
• Identify compliance risks and implement proactive mitigation
• Partner with leadership, Legal, and Risk Management on compliance challenges
• Oversee internal compliance audits and report to senior management
• Serve as liaison with regulatory authorities
• Lead and mentor the compliance and training teams
