Job summary

This role sits at the intersection of product management, legal, and operations, partnering with Relationship Managers, Operations, and Legal Counsel to deliver bespoke escrow solutions while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• JD, MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly preferred.
• 7+ years in Transaction Banking, Corporate Trust, Escrow Services, or similar role.
• Deep understanding of capital market transactions related to escrow and DACA.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Deal structuring in collaboration with Coverage, IB, and legal to create complex escrow arrangements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate Escrow and DACA agreements with client and bank needs in mind.
• Assist with product roadmap and lifecycle management for the escrow suite.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, KYC/AML controls, and risk governance across deals.
