Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Manager of Escrow to provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for a high-risk mortgage servicing Escrow team. You will oversee end-to-end escrow operations, including Tax, Insurance, and vendor management, while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

The role requires 5+ years in mortgage servicing, leadership experience, and strong familiarity with MSP and investor guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of mortgage servicing or loan operations experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing systems and investor guidelines.
• Advanced understanding of regulatory requirements (CFPB, Federal and State laws).
• Familiarity with Rex X and NFIP.

Responsibilities

• Lead Escrow team; oversee complex service functions and vendor management.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Address performance gaps and enforce compliance.
• Foster a proactive, risk-aware, compliant team environment.
• Manage day-to-day operations to meet SLAs.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely execution.
• Ensure compliance with servicing SLAs and investor guidelines.
• Oversee audits with internal partners.
• Oversee large financial transactions.
