You will oversee end-to-end escrow operations, including Tax, Insurance, and Escrow Analysis, while managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance across multiple sites. Strong leadership and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in mortgage servicing or loan operations.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing systems and investor guidelines.
• Advanced understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Escrow team overseeing complex service functions.
• Manage Property Tax and Property Insurance operations and vendor relationships.
• Oversee Flood zone tracking and Escrow Analysis processing.
• Ensure compliance with servicing SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Direct day-to-day operations to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive workflow improvements.
