You will prepare presentations, conduct industry and company research, build client relationships, and support due diligence. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in TAS, corporate development, or investment banking and a bachelor’s in finance,

Formación

• 3+ years within TAS, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or M&A Business Development.
• Experience sourcing new M&A targets.
• Strong closed M&A deal experience.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.
• Assist in the coordination of internal and external resources in the due diligence process for M&A transactions.
• Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, mostly on buy-side M&A.
• Conducting extensive industry, market, and company-specific research.
• Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.

Educación

Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields
