• 7–10 years in private markets, asset management, or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of private equity and alternative investments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor materials for institutional investors.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Familiarity with CRM and investor databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for private equity-focused investment products.
• Lead development, launch, and management of private markets vehicles.
• Support fundraising, investor materials, DDQs, and RFPs.
• Coordinate investor inquiries and data requests.
• Collaborate with investment, legal, compliance, and client service teams.
• Prepare fund documentation and investor communications.
• Coordinate client meetings and investor events.
• Drive process improvements to enhance investor experience.
