Qualifications

• 3-5 years of investment banking experience.
• Current Associate or Senior Associate at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, or independent advisory.
• Strong M&A transaction execution experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.

Responsibilities

• Execute live M&A transactions from initiation through closing.
• Build and maintain complex financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
• Prepare pitch books, management presentations, confidential information memoranda, and board materials.
• Conduct industry, company, and market research to support client engagements.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and manage communications with clients, counterparties, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
• Work directly with senior bankers on strategic advisory assignments and transaction execution.
• Mentor and oversee analysts while helping manage day-to-day deal processes.
