Job summary

Integrated Dermatology is seeking a VP, Corporate Controller to lead our national accounting function across multiple entities and locations. You will own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, and partner with FP&A, Treasury, and operations to drive financial discipline and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting, incl. 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Healthcare accounting and multi-site provider services experience preferred.
• Experience leading accounting for a complex multi-entity privately held company; PE/acquisition experience preferred.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany accounting.
• Strong GAAP knowledge including ASC 805, ASC 842, revenue, debt/equity and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate and practice accounting org, coaching accounting leaders and staff.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation processes with disciplined timelines.
• Ensure financial statements are complete, accurate, and GAAP-compliant.
• Coordinate with external tax preparers for returns and K-1 distributions.
• Oversee accounting for healthcare practice operations, including revenue and AR reserves.
• Oversee fixed assets, leases under ASC 842, debt, intercompany transactions.
• Lead acquisitions accounting and integration, including opening balance sheets.
• Own multi-entity consolidation framework and intercompany accounting.
• Serve as NetSuite ERP owner with governance for reporting and dimensions.
• Maintain strong internal controls and lead external audits.
• Research complex accounting matters and prepare technical memos.
• Partner with FP&A and leadership for accurate results and board reporting.
• Improve end-to-end financial processes and scalable org structure.
• Develop accounting talent and succession planning.
