Vituity, a national healthcare company, seeks a skilled Controller to join our remote team. Lead internal controls, optimize close and reporting cycles, and ensure GAAP-compliant financial statements across multiple entities.

You will mentor staff and collaborate with executives on financial strategy. The ideal candidate has extensive healthcare accounting experience, CPA/CMA credentials, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics or related area.
• CPA or CMA certification required or preferred.
• Extensive accounting experience in healthcare and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Implement, document and maintain internal controls and processes.
• Supervise close and reporting cycles for timely GAAP reporting.
• Prepare GAAP-based financial statements and department reports.
• Assist in cash/basis conversions for distributions and tax prep.
• Present financial information to CFO, Audit committee, and Board.
