Job summary

Opti Staffing Group is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Controller to lead the finance and accounting function and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will drive budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, financial modeling, and long-range planning while ensuring GAAP compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Healthcare finance experience required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership to CEO and executive leadership team.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, financial modeling, and long-range financial planning.
• Oversee GAAP-compliant accounting, audits, and month-end/year-end close.
• Drive revenue cycle performance, payer trends, collections, and bad debt.
• Develop and monitor financial metrics with cross-department ownership.
