Job summary

Bank of China Limited, New York Branch is seeking a Vice President to assist the Team Lead and Branch Management in developing new business and portfolios for syndicated and bilateral loans, and to oversee client relationships.

You will perform due diligence, structure loan products, coordinate with Credit Risk and Compliance, and lead AVP/Associates to grow the business while maintaining strict risk controls and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years in corporate/commercial real estate relationship management; 7+ years total.
• 7+ years in commercial lending; strong relationship management.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships; lead calls/visits.
• Analyze applicants' data; perform due diligence and underwriting.
• Prepare loan proposals and present to loan committee.
• Manage loan portfolio and monitor exceptions.
• Ensure compliance with risk policies and regulatory requirements.
