Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years in corporate/commercial real estate relationship management.
• 7+ years overall work experience in banking lending.
• Strong relationship building and marketing capabilities.
• Knowledge of risk management and assessment.
• Due diligence processing experience.
• People and business management experience.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and ratios.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization and deadlines discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Team Lead and Branch management.
• Solicit, develop and manage syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Manage client portfolios to balance risk and return.
• Grow business opportunities and foster client relationships.
• Assist training AVP/Associates to grow the business.
• Perform due diligence and prepare loan underwriting analyses.
• Prepare loan proposals and present to loan committee.
• Coordinate with Credit Risk Management to ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee loan closing and post-lending monitoring.
• Monitor matured loans and coordinate renewals.
