Job summary

Bank of China USA seeks a Vice President, Customer Relationship Manager to lead strategic customer relationships and grow the loan portfolio. You will conduct customer sessions, assess needs, provide financial advice and develop new products and marketing plans.

Responsibilities include KYC/BSA/AML compliance, cross-sell opportunities, and leading a team to deliver excellent service while ensuring regulatory adherence and risk controls across Corporate Banking and related lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of corporate or investment banking experience.
• Knowledge in credit, cash flow and analysis skills.
• Able to engage with marketing and client relationship management.
• Bilingual Mandarin is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with customers and identify opportunities to add value.
• Conduct market research and identify targets to expand network.
• Provide professional account management and resolve client issues promptly.
• Participate in business development and community activities to boost visibility.
• Structure and negotiate term sheets within credit parameters.
• Evaluate new opportunities and marketing plans with travel for on-site visits.
• Review customer relationships and take action as needed.
• Oversee quality control within the function and ensure data protection.
• Provide instructional leadership and coaching to team.
