Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial lending, credit structuring, or relationship banking.
• Strong credit acumen with the ability to dissect financials.
• Experience building or leveraging a network in Austin’s market.
• Confidence presenting, negotiating, and advising at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure, and manage a diverse commercial loan portfolio to fuel expansion, acquisitions, real estate development, and operating growth.
• Underwrite and interpret risk to turn it into opportunity; balance risk with credit quality.
• Present, advise, and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives to drive production and portfolio success.
