Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in processing voluntary corporate action events.
• Knowledge of DTC (Hub, Smart Track, CNS) and Euroclear.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of the transaction/trade lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Action team for accurate retrieval, interpretation, and processing of events.
• Oversee communication with Middle Office, Client Service, traders, and clients to relay market decisions.
• Collaborate with custodian banks to ensure instructions are received and executed.
• Manage posting and reconciliation of cash and stock entitlements.
• Guide Announcement Capture team in scrubbing events and notifying clients.
• Oversee collection and submission of client elections to the market and manage payments.
• Lead the transition to a new Asset Servicing Engine for global processing.
