Testing Site - JPMC in Jersey City is seeking an Asset Services Manager III to lead the Corporate Action team, oversee actions for US/Canada/Latin America, and drive the transition to a new Asset Servicing Engine. You will engage with Prime clients and trading desks, ensuring accurate and timely event processing.

The role emphasizes collaboration, risk management, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in processing voluntary corporate action events.
• Knowledge of DTC, Euroclear and related systems (Hub, SmartTrack, CNS).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the transaction/trade lifecycle.
• Ability to adapt to quickly changing business and technology needs.
• Strong risk and control awareness with mitigating controls.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Exceptional problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
• Open to fast-paced environments and change.
• Series 99/SIE is REQUIRED.

Responsabilités

• Lead Corporate Action team in accurate retrieval, interpretation, and processing of events.
• Oversee communication with Middle Office, Client Service, traders, and clients.
• Collaborate with custodian banks to ensure instructions are received and executed.
• Manage posting and reconciliation of cash and stock entitlements.
• Guide Announcement Capture team in scrubbing events and notifying clients.
• Oversee collection and submission of client elections and manage payments.
• Lead transition to new Asset Servicing Engine for global processing.
