Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in processing voluntary corporate action events.
• Knowledge of DTC (Hub, Smart track, and CNS) and Euroclear.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of the transaction/trade lifecycle.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business and technology needs.
• Strong risk and control awareness with the ability to implement mitigating controls.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Exceptional problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and open to change.
• You must acquire the Series 99 certification within the first 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Action team in accurate and timely retrieval, interpretation, and processing of corporate action events
• Oversee communication with Middle Office, Client Service, traders, and clients to relay market decisions
• Collaborate with custodian banks to ensure instructions are received and executed
• Manage the posting and reconciliation of cash and stock entitlements
• Guide the Announcement Capture team in scrubbing events and notifying clients
• Oversee the collection and submission of client elections to the market and manage payments
• Lead the transition to a new Asset Servicing Engine for global processing
