Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Transaction Processing Manager within the Asset Servicing team in Newark, DE. You will lead end-to-end processing of corporate actions and income events, driving client service and risk controls across portfolios and custody holdings.

You will develop and manage a team of professionals, optimize workflows, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to advance operational excellence and strategic initiatives in asset servicing.

Qualifications

• Operational expertise across reconciliation, settlements, trade support, asset servicing, risk and control, and custody.
• Strong people management skills with ability to lead managers.
• Ability to quickly learn new markets, products, and processes.
• Strong risk and control awareness with ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communicator with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with proven process improvement capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end workflow of Corporate Actions and Income products.
• Oversee daily operational management and controls in Asset Services.
• Maximize team capacity through resource planning and training.
• Ensure daily controls, client inquiries, cash/stock breaks, events are signed off.
• Provide direction and leadership to the team.
• Communicate changes to staff about strategic/regulatory updates.
• Review SOPs and align with new policies and risk management.
• Contribute to strategic development of asset servicing products.
