JPMorganChase is seeking an Asset Servicing Product Lead to shape the custody asset servicing roadmap for the US and LATAM. You will own product definitions and drive an integrated strategy across corporate actions, proxy voting, and related services, partnering with stakeholders to deliver a competitive offering.

You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and industry groups to streamline processes, reduce risk, and transform operations at scale, ensuring a leading market position in the US

Qualifikationen

• Strong project execution skills.
• Strategic thinking and ability to drive change across a large organization.
• Deep operational expertise in custody asset servicing lifecycles, infrastructure, and risk elements.
• Knowledge of U.S. market functions, transfer agency, DTCC Asset Servicing, and post-trade infra.
• Client-focused mindset with ability to model client operating models and synthesize UX feedback into change strategy.
• Proven ability to drive industry-wide change and standardization through forums (SIFMA, STA, AGC, ISITC).
• Strong working knowledge of technology for asset servicing and excellent communication across stakeholders.

• Own US and LATAM market Asset Servicing product definitions supporting technology transformation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operating models, define standards, and digitize processes to reduce cost and risk.
• Engage with key clients to ensure competitive offerings and robust operating models.
• Manage proactive reviews with clients, vendors, and industry utilities to shape future strategy.
• Lead risk, control, balance sheet, and enablement initiatives for Asset Servicing products.
• Represent JPMorganChase at industry forums and collaborate with vendors on roadmap and pricing.
