Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow through the life cycle of Corporate Action and Income products.
• Operational management and control of the daily workflow within the Asset Services team.
• Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning and training.
• Ensure all daily controls and processing are completed and signed off.
• Provide direction and leadership to the team.
• Provide effective communications to the department regarding changes.
• Review SOP content and risk management activities in line with new policies.
• Contribute to strategic development of asset servicing products.
