Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Conversational AI Specialist, VP in New York to design enterprise-grade conversational experiences, refine generative AI models, and collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams. Qualifications

Experience with conversational AI solutioning / product development / experimentation or innovation.
Experience with prompt engineering for using Commercial or Open Source LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLAMA.
Experience with conversational AI evaluation techniques such as F1, RAGAS, and human feedback analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain differentiated conversational experiences for employee and client virtual assistants.
Develop and refine context-aware prompts for diverse use cases and intents.
Create data-driven testing and evaluation methods for AI responses for coherence, bias and accuracy.
Identify and troubleshoot issues in LLM outputs and suggest improvements.
Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Track project performance metrics and report progress to leadership.
