Realtor.com is seeking a strategic Vice President of Product to lead the core consumer experience across web and native apps. You will shape product strategy, roadmaps, and discovery, partnering with design, engineering, and data science to deliver AI-driven, personalized experiences for buyers, sellers, and renters.

You will mentor a growing product leadership team and drive growth metrics. You will work with senior leadership to translate consumer insights into measurable business impact,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-level product teams (managers of managers).
• Proven track record in consumer-facing digital with web and native apps.
• Deep expertise in search, discovery, personalization, or marketplace products.
• Data analytics, experimentation, and consumer research to drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for core consumer experience across web and apps.
• Translate insights, trends, and objectives into a prioritized roadmap balancing near-term impact with long-term investments.
• Lead a consumer-first culture and ensure easy-to-use experiences at every stage of the home journey.
• Provide executive oversight for core surfaces: search, browse, listings, saved homes, and accounts.
• Drive AI-powered personalization and novel capabilities in collaboration with design, engineering, and data science.
• Lead data-driven experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional planning with sales and GTM teams.
