Realtor.com is seeking a visionary Sr Director of Product, Visualization to define and lead how consumers see, explore, and experience homes across web and native apps. You will own the end-to-end strategy for visual content, including photography, video, 3D tours, and AI-enhanced visuals, while partnering with senior leadership to drive monetization and premium experiences.

You will collaborate with Partnerships, Legal, Content, Engineering, and Data Science to build scalable content pipelines,

Qualifications

• Leadership experience directing product teams in consumer-facing digital environments.
• Proven track record building visual-first products (video, imaging, 3D, immersive).
• Strong knowledge of AI, computer vision, and media processing pipelines.
• Experience sourcing, licensing, and rights management for visual content.
• Data-driven mindset with experimentation and analytics to improve engagement and monetization.
• Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and translate bold product visions to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end visualization product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap across consumers and professionals.
• Translate consumer behavior and industry trends into a clear perspective on visual home discovery.
• Champion visual storytelling to make homes easy to explore, understand, and decide.
• Partner with legal, partnerships, and content teams to source, license, and own high-quality visual media.
• Work with engineering and data teams to build content foundations for new experiences.
• Lead AI-powered and immersive experiences, including AI-generated video and 3D exploration.
• Own visualization outcomes: engagement, coverage, adoption, and revenue impact; set metrics and accountability.
• Lead data-driven experimentation with A/B testing and consumer research to optimize experiences.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and GTM teams to deliver tools and premium offerings for brokers/agents.
