Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Director of Product, Visualization to define and lead how consumers see, explore, and experience homes. You will own the visualization strategy across web and native apps, including photos, video, 3D tours, floor plans, and AI-enhanced content.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, 7+ years leading teams in consumer digital products.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end visualization product vision and multi-year roadmap for Realtor.com across web and apps.
• Translate trends into a future vision for visual home discovery balancing near-term wins with long-term investments.
• Champion visual storytelling to ensure homes are easy to explore, understand, and decide upon.
• Build scalable strategy for sourcing, licensing, and owning high-quality visual media with partnerships.
• Shape partnerships with media, photography, and tech vendors ensuring aligned requirements and delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and data to build content foundations enabling visual assets across experiences.
• Lead development of AI-powered and immersive experiences (AI-generated video, virtual staging, 3D exploration).
• Own visualization outcomes: engagement, content coverage, adoption by professionals, and revenue impact.
