Realtor.com® seeks a Senior Manager of Product to lead multiple squads within Experience Delivery in the Client Product Management organization. You will own delivery, quality, and growth of a multidisciplinary team, developing senior ICs into leaders and safeguarding boundary roles to maximize value.

This role blends people leadership with craft quality and delivery, translating strategic intent into staffing, objectives, and operational focus across squads.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product design/management teams.
• Accountability for delivery across multiple squads.
• Experience applying AI in team practice for automation and quality improvement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in related roles, including 4+ years of people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple squads, set direction, translate vision into team focus and staffing.
• Grow the people: 1:1s, coaching, performance management, and hiring.
• Enable discovery and instrumentation; ensure evidence before builds.
• Own experience definition-of-ready and acceptance criteria guidelines.
• Manage squad-level delivery and craft quality; partner with engineering leadership.
• Balance capacity across squads and roles; plan staffing.
• Ensure launch quality with sign-offs and cross-team alignment.
• Review post-launch metrics and feed learnings back into strategy.
