SchoolsFirst FCU seeks a Vice President, Consumer Loan Operations to lead underwriting, processing and funding for consumer lending. You will drive strategy with senior leadership, shape lending policies, and oversee teams across underwriting, processing, funding and systems.

You will establish governance for authority, monitor key metrics, and ensure compliance with credit and regulatory standards while delivering an excellent Member experience and scalable operations.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of prior relevant experience
• 10+ years of prior management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
• Master’s Degree in a related field preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead consumer loan underwriting, processing, funding and related operations.
• Set strategy with senior leadership and drive adoption of credit strategies.
• Build and lead managers across underwriting, processing, funding and systems.
• Establish governance for underwriting authority and decision quality.
• Monitor performance metrics across lending operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
