Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Financial Management, Economics, Management, or a related field required.
• At least six years of experience across consumer, indirect, real estate lending, loan services, and member solutions/collections.
• At least three years of senior management experience.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations, risk management, and industry best practices.
• Experience with CDFI initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consumer, indirect, real estate lending, loan services, and collections operations.
