This role oversees the full consumer portfolio (auto, personal, credit card and indirect lending) across the credit union, focusing on digital-first experiences and technology-driven lending.

Responsibilities

• Lead consumer loan origination, processing, underwriting and closing for auto, personal, credit cards and indirect lending.
• Design and execute lending strategies to grow member engagement and product adoption.
• Partner with IT/Analytics and Marketing to deploy AI-driven lending tools and data-driven personalization.
