• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Six+ years in consumer, indirect, real estate lending, loan services, and member solutions/collections.
• Three+ years in senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consumer, indirect, real estate lending, loan services and collections.
• Develop lending pricing strategies balancing growth, profitability and risk.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and risk management practices.
• Build and retain a high-performing lending and member solutions team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to advance community-focused initiatives.
