Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in the credit union industry.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Executive leadership experience in marketing with additional member-facing functions such as retail operations, member experience, digital delivery, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing, retail branches, contact center, communications, financial education, community impact, and digital member engagement.
• Develop and execute enterprise-wide growth strategies to expand membership and deepen relationships.
• Align strategy across retail delivery, digital channels, and member experience to create a single growth engine for the organization.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to translate bold ideas into measurable results and lasting impact.
